I'm a nutrition, mental health and exercise coach who has been working in the fitness industry since 2017.
Over the past 9 years I've worked with all kinds of clients to support them with their health and fitness goals. And over that time, one thing became incredibly clear to me.
Most of the women coming to me didn't need yet another diet or workout plan to lose weight. They needed deeper support to help them understand their low confidence, up and down moods, overwhelm and anxiety.
So that's what I've created. A space to help women get physically and mentally strong, so they can tackle life without stressing about their body or calorie intake.

Whilst I've structured the course to run over a 30 day period, I understand that life happens and sometimes we have to shift our schedules around. You'll have lifetime access to the course meaning you can take it at your own pace without worrying about fitting it into 4 weeks exactly
This is largely down to you based on the changes you're making in your personal life, however the program itself includes 6 modules(3 within each phase). The videos for each module are around 30 minutes, so that's approximately 45 minutes per week.
This is a self-led programme, hosted online in a course format. When you first sign up you'll gain access to the modules within phase one, giving you plenty of time to watch them and begin taking action ahead of phase two which will be released half way through the programme.
The bonus training plan features a variety of resistance training sessions (primarily dumbbell based so you can do them at home or the gym), as well as options for different cardiovascular exercise and recommended training schedules. Everything in the training plan is designed to offer you inspiration, and is not a strict plan you have to follow exactly if it doesn't suit your needs or abilities.
